CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1800267(LA) <br /> DAVID & LYNNE GREULICH 1 BAUMBACH & PIAZZA <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1800267 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on November 16, 2018, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. This approval will expire on May 15, 2020,which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Christine Luckasen, ;209]468-0214) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated October 10, 2018. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: Each parcel shall be a minimum of two acres in size. (Development Tide Section 9- <br /> 872.2[e]) <br /> 2.
