CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1700266 (LA) <br /> LINDA WATT TRUST/BAUMBACH 8, PIAZZA, INC <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1700266 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on December 29, 2017, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. This approval will expire on June 29, 2019, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Contact Staff: Rick Griffin, [2091468-3154) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated November 17, 2017. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: Each parcel shall be a minimum of two (2.0) gross acres in size. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-872.2([e]) <br /> d.
