COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> MS-92-91 <br /> 4 . Public water and sanitary sewer services shall be required <br /> for any development on Parcels 1 & 2 . Requirements of services <br /> shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10002 , Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66411 . 1) <br /> 5 . The development is subject to Chestnut Street Bridge <br /> Development Assessment at $2 , 228 . 00 per acre. The assessment <br /> is due and payable prior to filing Parcel Map. The assessment <br /> shall be automatically adjusted January 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10003 , Agreement A-87-612) <br /> 6.
