Turner Road, Lodi <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> '_�Ay A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> �� The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division as follows: <br /> 1 . Both irrigation wells shall be plumbed over the top of standpipe and <br /> provide twice the diameter of discharge pipe air gap or install an <br /> approved back flow valves. <br /> p4- Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> A Uivimon of Stn)u..xpuu l omily licrldh l.Mn•Srnaca �.I• <br />
