INTRODUCTION <br /> This study was made to satisfy the requirements of the <br /> Conditions of Approval of MS-92-82. <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> This property contains a house and farmland . The <br /> project is to separate the house from the farm. No <br /> further development is anticipated . See Exhibit 1 . <br /> PRESENT AND PAST USES OF SITE <br /> The site is presently used for a homesite and vineyard . <br /> This site has had agricultural use for over 50 years. <br /> EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> Neighboring property owners or tenants were interviewed <br /> with the following results: <br /> APN# : 013-040-23 <br /> OWNER : Louis Selles <br /> 4262 West Turner Road <br /> COMMENTS: The existing septic system is 60 years old , <br /> and the leach field was improved 5 to 8 years <br /> ago. <br /> No problems since. <br /> Ground water is at 25 feet . <br /> APN# : 013-040-25 <br /> OWNER: Mildred Cole <br /> 4379 West Turner Road <br /> COMMENTS : Septic tank installed 52 years ago and <br /> had to replace leach lines 15 years ago. <br /> No problems since. <br /> Ground water is at 24 feet . <br /> APN# : 013-040-26 <br /> OWNER: Delores Silva <br /> 18124 North Ray Road <br /> COMMENTS : Septic system was installed 24 years ago <br /> and replaced 2 years only to increase <br /> capacity . <br /> APN# : 011-160-17 <br /> OWNER : C. Lauchland <br /> 5271 West Turner Road <br /> COMMENTS: Septic system is 22 years old with no <br /> problems. <br /> Ground water is at 20 feet . <br />
