Mo Hatef CEQA Determination: Negative Declaration <br /> Proiect Description <br /> This project is a Use Permit application to expand an existing winery (UP-97-5) in three phases over a six <br /> year period (Use Type: Wineries &Wine Cellars-Winery, Large). Phase I includes a 6,280 square foot <br /> addition to the existing storage and maintenance building. Phase II, to be completed within three years of <br /> `. the effective date of approval, includes the construction of a 6,400 square foot addition to the existing <br /> storage maintenance building. Phase III, to be completed within six years of the effective date of <br /> approval, includes the construction of a 24,000 square foot storage building.
