Box 611 Fairport, NY 14450-4238 Lodi, CA 95241 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Use Permit application to expand an existing winery in four phases. Phase 1 is to expand a 6,280 square foot maintenance building with a 6,280 square foot addition. Phase 2 is to expand the existing maintenance building with a 6,400 square foot addition. Phase 2 is to be completed within three years. Phase 3 is a new 24,000 square foot storage building. Phase 3 is to be completed within six years. Phase 4 is the addition of 16 new wine tanks. Phase 40 is to be completed within ten years. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of Turner Road, 2,500 feet east of Thornton Road, west of Lodi (APN/Address: 025-120-01, 5852 W. Turner Road, Lodi) (Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than February 18, 2009. Comments or recommendations received after that date will not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this project. You will receive notice of the date, time, and place of the public hearing at a later date.
