COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT. <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT AND RESTRICTION: A"Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. <br /> Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division <br /> for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land <br /> Surveyor. <br /> b. Any residential development on the 8-acre parcel shall require a Private Right-of-Way <br /> apple tion from this department. <br /> c. At the time of any residential development of the 8-acre parcel, all the road frontages of <br /> the parcel shalt be built to fire access standards. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS; <br /> I <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is <br /> t <br /> required. The new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for <br /> review. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b.
