17.0 QUALIFICATIONS <br /> Abigail Racco, Registered Environmental Assessor (REA), received a bachelor's degree <br /> in chemistry from Columbia College in New York City. She has worked in the <br /> environmental field since 2002, with six years' experience at Neil O. Anderson & <br /> Associates, Inc. of Lodi. Her prior work experience included teaching chemistry <br /> laboratory at Columbia College. ' Ms. Racco has received 40 hours training in <br /> Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response.
