1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) has been prepared by Live <br /> Oak GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (Live Oak) at the request of Jerry Paddack and Vernon <br /> Paddack. The subject of this investigation is their property located at 25001 East Ullrey <br /> Avenue, Escalon, California. The San Joaquin County application number has not yet <br /> been assigned. <br /> 1.1 About the SSCR <br /> The SSCR is a document specific to San Joaquin County that aims to identify sources <br /> of on-site or off-site contamination affecting the Site, both current and past. The San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) will review this information as <br /> part of a land use application for the Site and may request action to address any <br /> contamination identified. The SSCR is designed for this specific use. Live Oak <br /> prohibits use of the SSCR by any other parties or for any other purpose, including but <br /> not limited to making business or health risk determinations. The client is encouraged, <br />'j however, to seek further information and take steps to remedy any contamination that <br /> j may be present on the Site. <br /> Per EHD-poligy, this report is only valid f r sr' nths- from its date of completion. The <br /> land use application must also be submitt --t&Samoa uin County within six moist sli -6-T— <br /> the completion of this report for the SSCR to remain valid. <br /> 2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The Site is a single parcel approximately 2 aA es in size, Assessor's Parcel Number <br /> (APN) 225-040-08. It is located at 25601 East`Ullrey Avenue Escalon California. The <br /> Site is an open field planted with winter oats!A location map and a site map are <br /> attached to ttj.is-reportas P tes 1 and 2 in Appendix 1. Photographs of the Site are <br /> attached a�ppe�,2. <br /> 2.1 Zoning <br /> The San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site states th e <br /> Site is zoned AU-20, Agriculture-Urban Reserve with a minimum parcel size of 0 <br /> acres. This zoning designation "is intended to retain in agriculture those areas plan <br /> for future urban development in order to facilitate compact, orderly growth and to assure <br /> the proper timing and economical provision of services and utilities." <br /> LOGE 1109 <br /> Page 1 <br />
