Gau -2- <br /> COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> MS-96-27 <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A $260.00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels I and 2 and an estimate. The estimate and legal <br /> descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to <br /> the Department of Public Works for approval. As an option, the Department of <br /> Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional fee of$115.00.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2(d)(3)) <br /> 3. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 4 Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway shall be improved <br /> in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, <br /> San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb and F-lc and the Liberty Fire District prior to <br /> issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.5 and 9-1150.15) <br /> 5.
