CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-95-14 <br /> Bloom <br /> On April 25, 1995, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved MS-95-14 <br /> subject to the Conditions of Approval listed below. This approval will expire 36 months from the date <br /> of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has <br /> been submitted to the County Surveyor for approval. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements <br /> pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinance <br /> requirements may apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this <br /> map: <br /> (1) All parcels shall have a minimum lot width of 200 feet, measured at the front yard <br /> setback line. (Development Title Section 9-610.4) <br /> (2) All parcels shall have a minimum lot area of five acres. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-610.2) <br /> (3) All parcels shall have a maximum depth to width ratio of 4:1. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-905.9(b)) <br /> b. The existing irrigation well shall be ten feet from any new property line. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> (See the attached memo from Public Works dated March 8, 1995.) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> (See the attached memo from Public Health dated March 3, 1995.) <br /> 4. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION: <br /> (See the attached letter from Parks and Recreation dated February 22, 1995.) <br /> S. GALT JOINT UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT/OAK VIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT: <br /> a.
