On behalf ofmy family I am writing in response to AppReatiion#PA-0500729. Applicant : Olives Fan*Limited Partner We are very concerned for several reasons. Our property lies parallel on the cast sideof the proposed site of the egg facility. Therefore the snnell will be intolerable on a daily basis. In addition to deplorable smells this will also devalue our property as well as our neighbors within a 2 mile radius. Ground water contamination along with drainage issues . are other great concerns for us. Will they be putting in a separate drainage system to handle their waste or will it just be dumped into the Old River? We have a lot of history in this community. My grandfather was the youngest of 13 born and raised in 1898 on Roberts-Island. My father is the 6a' child out of 8 siblings, all born and raised on Roberts Island, My Dad and Uncle Jim have farmed together since they could drive along side their father and continuc to do so to this day. My Dad and Uncle have raised their total_of 5 kids between their families on the mach, My Uncle Jack lives in the second oldest house on the ranch. He,also raised his two daughters here. His youngest daughter and husband and their family of 8 children currently are being raised on the ranch, I will be moving into my grandparent's house shortly to raise my family and be close to my parents. We have been here along time; we lave Roberts Island. I urge you to please take all of these things into consideration when you are deciding whether or not to permit this type of business.
