Specifically, the proposed project will cause ; direct and cumulative si cant environmerxtal impacts affectiixg water quality, drainage, water disposal, waste disposal, dors, air quality. Factually, the proposed poultry farm project is located adjacent to the San Joaquin River and across the river from the 4,940 acre River islands project within the City Ae River Islands project is an approved master Planned community projecting approximately 11,000 residences, schools, community Wand waterways and parks, and employment center. There is no quantitative comparison of the "before" and "after, envircnmenta� effects of a one million bid poultry farm, Particularly with respect to air and water quality.
