Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Subject: SCH No. 2006032109— Negative Declaration (ND) for the Olivera Poultry Farm, <br /> Dear Ms. Allen: <br /> California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB or Board) staff received the Notice of <br /> Completion from the State Clearinghouse, for the environmental document cited above and <br /> offers the following description and comments for the proposed project. If the Board's project <br /> description varies substantially from the project as understood by the Lead Agendy, Board staff <br /> requests notification of any significant differences prior to approval of the project. <br /> Protect Description <br /> San Joaquin County, acting as Lead Agency, has prepared and circulated this ND in order to <br /> help identify and evaluate potential environmental impacts and/or other Responsible and <br /> Commenting Agency concerns that could occur with the approval of the proposed project. <br /> Olivera Poultry Farm is proposing to establish a poultry farm to be built in 6 ye-Ars in 6 phases, <br /> one phase per year. Phase 1 includes a 5,200 square foot packing room and a 25,800 square <br /> foot lay house, phase 2, 4, 5 & 5 (should this be phase 6?) include a 25,800 square foot lay <br /> house per phase, phase 3 includes a 20,800 square foot egg processing plant/office and a <br /> 25,800 square foot lay house.
