Phase 1 includes a 5,200 square foot packing room and a 25,800 lay house. Phases 2,4,5, & 6 consist of a 25,800 square foot lay house per phase. Phase 3 consists of a 20,800 square foot egg processing planetoffice and a 25,800 square„foot lay house. At the end of construction phase-6, the facility will house a'maximum of 1 , .-million chickens:- No birds will be slaughter on-site. - - The Property is zoned AG-80 (General Agriculture, 80-acre minimum) and the General Plan Designation is AIG (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located approximately 3,250 feet south of W. Undine Road, approximately 5,050 feet west of S. Roberts Road, north of Lathrop (APN/Address: 191-070-17; 4028 W. Undine Road, Stockton) (Supervisorial District 3) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than February 1, 2006. 'Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on February 8, 2006.
