'Photo Attachments: <br /> Regarding <br /> 'These photos are copied from a set.made during the flood event of 1997. <br /> They are in date order, and show the seepage which had movedWest from Old River <br /> Over property between Undine Road and the river. The subject property(referred to as <br /> the "Zeller"property, that being the name of the owner in 1997), and neighboring fields <br /> on the South side of Undine Road were flooded with this seepage for several weeks. <br /> Parcel numbers were taken from 2003 "Agri-Land" Plat Book. <br /> The panorama of photos dated November 15, 2005 is included to show the relationship <br /> between the subject property, Old River, and the River Islands project on Stewart Tract to <br /> the South.
