After build out, the operation will have 13 employees during the <br /> work shift, and truck traffic will consist of 28 incoming feed trucks and 17 outgoing egg trucks per week. The manure storage <br /> area is sized to accommodate a maximum of six months of manure from the six henhouses. Every six months, the manure <br /> will be sold and distributed as fertilizer to farmers. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-80 (General Agriculture, 80-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is AIG (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> REVISED PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of W. Undine Road, 4,300 feet west of S. <br /> Roberts Road, north of Lathrop. (APNIAddress: 191-070-16; 4000 W. Undine Road, Stockton) (Supervisorial District 3) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study <br /> and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than March 27, 2007. Comments or recommendations received after that date <br /> will not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. <br /> NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this project.
