Mrs. Queresma questioned the parking requirements, and informed the Committee that the <br /> employees live on site therefore, four paved parking spaces will be adequate. <br /> Mr. Darrow informed the applicants that they will need to have 60 feet between the buildings & <br /> the private property lines to prevent the need of fire walls. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed Environmental Health Divisions requirements. <br /> Mr. Neely reviewed the Department of Public Works requirements. Mr. Neely asked the <br /> applicants to bring in a copy of the demolition permit, and the Department will do an exchange <br /> program regarding traffic fees. Mr. Neely discussed how trip ends are generated, and indicated <br /> that he would discuss what can be done regarding the trip generation with his supervisor. <br /> Mr. Neely reviewed the Solid Waste Division's requirements. <br /> 10:30 3. Mr. Jolley asked Mr. Hatcher to <br /> show details on the site plan regarding the signage. <br /> Ms. Jolley reviewed the Department of Transportation(Caltrans)attached letter. <br /> Ms. Jolley informed Mr. Hatcher that outdoor storage must be screened, and to indicate where <br /> block walls are used on the site plan. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed the Environmental Health Department's requirements. Mr. Borges <br /> indicated that if the type of business is retail,then the Environmental Health Department needs to <br /> know how many employees, and how many customers the business will generate. The <br /> Environmental Health Division will then need to re-evaluate the disposal system. <br /> Mr. Neely reviewed the Department of Public Works requirements. <br /> Ms. Jolley reviewed the Air Pollution Control District letter, and informed Mr. Hatcher that she <br /> would contact him after she discusses the fire issues with Mr. Steven Dalton. <br />
