SA-01-78 OF RAYMOND AND SUSAN <br /> QUERESMA (APN: 257-120-03) (26290 S. UNION ROAD, MANTECA) <br /> The applicants are proposing to expand an existing dairy facility by adding an 18,583 square <br /> foot milking parlor. The milking parlor will consist of an equipment room, milk storage tanks, a <br /> records storage area, a milking area and a cow staging area. A 6,300 square foot existing <br /> silage bunker, an existing 1,800 square foot maternity pen, and an existing 4,081 square foot <br /> barn will be removed in order to accommodate the new milking parlor. <br /> The project site is located on a 159 acre parcel with a General Plan designation of AIG (General <br /> Agriculture) and is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40 acre minimum). The adjacent <br /> properties also have a General Plan designation of AIG and are zoned AG-40. The dairy is <br /> located on the east side of Union Road, 2,750 feet south of Perrin Road, south of Manteca. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the Site Approval application and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-01-78 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 <br /> months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and <br /> (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance <br /> requirements pertinent to this application.
