Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified, <br /> A The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated February 11, 2009 was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental '-lealth Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B A soi; suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic system usage The study must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to the recordation of Parcel Map (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of $250 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or F.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$125 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Jo&quin County <br /> Development l ifle, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D The existing primate water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibrornochloropropane (DBCP) <br /> and nitrates wii-i the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> recordation of tl-e Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> E. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
