Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated February 11, 2005, has been <br /> received by the Environmental Health Department. Prior to Parcel Map approval, the Surface <br /> and Subsurface Contamination Report shall be reviewed and deemed acceptable the by the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> .j The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area <br /> is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of S186.00 <br /> must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> � .5 (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map.
