It was an $9,000,000 <br /> project that we were able to fund through donations and financing during the height of <br /> the recession. We thought it prudent not to start fundraising for Phase II of the project <br /> until all our debt was paid off, all the pledges were paid off, and the economy had <br /> recovered. We paid off the last of the land and Phase I debt last year, and we feel the <br /> economy is at a point where it is a prudent time to start fundraising for the second phase. <br /> Phase II will cost approximately $20,000,000. We believe we can raise enough funds <br /> and put together financing to start construction within the 5 year extension we are <br /> requesting. We will need time between Phase II and Phase III to raise funds for Phase <br /> III,which is why we are requesting the extension of time for Phase III. <br />
