Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed staff, parishioner, and student use, indicating that the area is suitable <br /> for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s)(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is <br /> required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> ( The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> J County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of staff,parishioners, and students the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the <br /> qq leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage <br /> area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain <br /> any underground utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 1001/a designed sewage <br /> disposal replacement area <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development for Phase I based <br /> on the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: <br /> If average daily wastewater flow for Phase I is greater than 10,000 gallons per day,applicant <br /> must obtain waste discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board,Central Valley Region,prior to development. Phase II must be provided with <br /> public sewer from the City of Tracy. <br /> D. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to occupancy.
