<br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Revisions of Approved Actions application for a previously approved Use Permit application
<br /> to revise Condition of Approval 1.b. to amend the phasing timeline for a previously approved religious assembly with a K-8
<br /> school, multi-purpose buildings, and parish offices. The Revision would result in full buildout in three phases over twenty-one
<br /> years with an expiration date of April 29, 2028 instead of the previously approved three phases over fifteen years with an
<br /> expiration date of April 29, 2018. Phase One has been complete. Phase Two, to be completed in sixteen years, includes the
<br /> construction of a 48,376 square foot church with a seating capacity of 2,000 people. Phase Three, to be completed within
<br /> twenty-one years, includes the construction of two school buildings totaling 31,200 square feet each, a 1,200 square foot
<br /> mulit-purpose support building, a 17,588 square foot church support building, and an 8,421 square foot church support

<br /> The Property is zoned AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve, 20-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is OS/RC
<br /> (Resource Conservation).
<br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is at the southeast corner of West Valpico Road and Corral Hollow Road, west of
<br /> Tracy(APN/Address: 240-140-24/12100 West Valpico Road, Tracy)(Supervisdrial District: 5).
<br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration may be proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study
<br /> and proposed Negative Declaration will be available at the Community Development Department.
<br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the
<br /> Community Development Department no later than April 4, 2018. Comments or recommendations received after that date
<br /> would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will
<br /> review this application on April 11, 2018.
