Phase 1 to include a 2,736 square foot maintenance building and temporary office. Phase 2 to include a 1,375 square foot permanent office/administrative building and a 1,200 square foot committal shelter. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. The property is zoned AU-20 (Agriculture Urban Reserve, 20-acre minimum)and the General Plan designation is R/L( Low Density Residential). Valpico Road, Tracy) (Supervisorial District 5) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than September 10, 2013. Comments or recommendations received after that date will not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application.
