Van Allen Rd <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the final map indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. A permit for the percolation <br /> test is required from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on remainder <br /> parcel under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on remainder <br /> parcel under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County health Care Services 40 <br />
