CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0600586 <br /> Roos <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No, PA-0600586 was approved ,by the ;San .Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department oh February,7,2007,which is the effective date,of approval. <br /> E <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval'will expire on August 8, 2008, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jason Jones, 209-468.-3.136) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four parcels as shown on the plan <br /> dated October 16, 2006. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department- The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped:and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land .Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this map: I <br /> (1) Parcels 1, 2 & 3 shall be a minimum lot width of 150 feet, measured at the..jront yard setback <br /> line.
