In addition, the existing San Joaquin County <br /> and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, <br /> floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The <br /> reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, <br /> Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of <br /> Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be <br /> updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Van Allen Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned <br /> right-cf-way width of 50 feet . <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are <br /> developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit <br /> application. <br /> The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the <br /> building permit . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915 .2) <br /> 2 . Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) <br /> 3 .
