(2) The property shown on the Parcel Map is restricted from further subdivisions for <br /> homesite purposes, except for financing only, by Section 9-610.3 of the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title. <br /> e. NOTICE OF NON-RENEWAL: A Notice of Non-renewal for all parcels below the ten <br /> (10) acre minimum parcel size will be required in conjunction with the contract. A fee for <br /> the recording of the Notice of Non-renewal is required. <br /> f. ACCESS: The following access requirements apply and shall be shown on the Parcel <br /> Map: <br /> (1) A proposed 25-foot wide private easement for access to Parcel 1, along the Designated <br /> Remainder, shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.15) <br /> (2) The following note shall be placed on the Parcel Map and also shall be recorded as a <br /> separate instrument: <br /> (3) At the time of development of Parcel 1, the entire length of the private right-of-way for <br /> Parcel 1 shall be constructed and maintained to the standards required by Section <br /> 10.207 of the Uniform Fire Code and applicable San Joaquin County Improvement <br /> Standards.
