L 1 �� • 1 <br /> 4 <br /> i CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />} <br /> LA-01-49 <br /> Travaille and Phippen <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-01-49 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> a <br /> Development Department on July 18,2001,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> f This approval will expire on January 17, 2003, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> w approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jose Rubianes, 953-7509) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Tentative Map <br /> dated June 18,2001. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor.(Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. PARCEL 2: Parcel 2 is declared unbuildable for residential use(PM-82-77). <br /> 2.
