CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1400195 <br /> MOUNTAIN HOUSE DEVELOPERS, LLC/CARLSON, BARBEE, & GIBSON, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application No. PA-1400195 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on October 29, 2014, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will <br /> expire on April 29, 2016, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors' <br /> Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: John L. Funderburg, 468-3160) <br /> a) APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment application between two parcels as shown on <br /> the site plan dated October 7, 2014. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties shall <br /> be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor.
