Jim Van Buren, Senior Planner; Chuck McCallum, Kier&Wright Civil Engineers, <br /> (representative for Adesa), and Mike Hakeem, attorney, were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Van-Buren presented the project, for Chandler Martin, project planner, who was absent. <br /> Mr.Hakeem gave Mr. Van Buren an authorization to file the application, signed by the owner. <br /> Mr.McCallum discussed the screening, inoperative automobiles outdoor storage,water drainage, <br /> detention basin, and indicated their location on his plans. <br /> Mr. Karam indicated to Mr. McCallum that the Public Works Department requires a dedication <br /> of easement. Mr. McCallum informed Mr. Karam that when the project is completed that he will <br /> give a final location of the easement on the plans. <br /> Mr. Van Buren asked what type of fence would be used. Mr. McCalIum indicated that a chain <br /> link fence would be installed. <br /> Mr. McCallum indicated that the project will be screened from the freeway. Mr. McCallum <br /> indicated that he would show details of all the requirements on the Improvement Plans. <br /> 10:30 a.m. 3. SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. Ms. Jolley reviewed the Development Committee memo. <br /> Mr. Borges informed the applicants that a Manure Management Plan would be required. <br /> Mr. Khan informed the Committee that the birds were not in cages, the birds are on the ground, <br /> and the ground is covered in sawdust. Mr. Khan indicated that the sawdust would absorb the <br /> manure, and he would find a place where he can haul the manure away. <br /> Ms. Jolley asked Mr. Khan to let her know where the manure will be hauled. Mr. Khan indicated <br /> that he would let Ms. Jolley know. <br /> Mr. Khan indicated that he would like to reschedule the Planning Commission. Ms. Jolley <br /> indicated that she would remove the item from the April 4, 2002 Planning Commission agenda <br /> and reschedule it for a later date. <br />
