CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-96-15 <br /> Luder <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-96-15 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on April 25, 1996, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on October 25, 1997,which Is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been tiled with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Staff Contact: Jim Van Buren, 468-2374) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal <br /> descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division <br /> for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal <br /> descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, <br /> qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. A 'Williamson Act Contract Notice of Nonrenewal' application shall be submitted to the <br /> Community Development Department for the 2.3-acre parcel. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb, 468-83059) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b.
