In some cases, the District will no longer be able to provide irrigation service <br /> unless certain provisions are made to extend or relocate facilities to accommodate the newly <br /> established parcels. Further conflicts could occur if these parcels are sold or transferred to others , . h <br /> without provisions for irrigation service. ,. .; . <br /> Based upon the information provided in the referral, there may be a concern relative to the <br /> District's ability to continue to service the newly configured parcels.
