Discuss the types of solid and hazardous waste that will be produced. Include specific waste types(for <br /> example,No. 2 plastic, lawn clippings, glass, oil,paint, antifreeze,tires). Include waste generated due <br /> to the maintenance of the facility as well as residential occupation. <br /> B. Estimate the annual quantities of solid and hazardous waste that will be produced,per waste type as <br /> identified in Section IA, above. <br /> II. Waste Diversion Analysis <br /> A. Discuss the processes and types of solid and hazardous waste that will be diverted from disposal <br /> through source reduction. (Source reduction processes reduce the amount of waste that is normally <br /> generated). <br /> B. Estimate the annual quantity of solid and hazardous waste that will be diverted through source <br /> reductionper waste ine identified in Section II,A above. <br /> C. Discuss the types of solid and hazardous waste that will be diverted from disposal through <br /> recycling,reuse or composting. <br /> D. Estimate the annual quantity of solid and hazardous waste that will be diverted through waste types, <br /> per waste type identified in Section If, C above. <br /> E. Discuss market availability for diverted materials. <br /> III. Waste Storage <br /> Describe the methods that will be used to store solid,hazardous waste,recyclables and compostables on <br /> site prior to collection for diversion or disposal. Include a discussion on the location of areas designated for <br /> collection and storage on the site plan,access to collection areas by residents, access to storage areas by <br /> collection vehicles,and types of collectiontstorage containers to be used. <br /> N.Waste Collection <br /> Discuss the methods that will be used to collect and transport recyclable materials to market and solid and <br /> hazardous waste to disposal sites. Estimate frequency of onsite materials collection/disposal. <br /> V.
