The <br /> EMP section requires the discharger collect and analyze all data necessary to assess the nature and extent <br /> of the release from the Unit(s). The assessment shall include a determination of the spacial distribution <br /> and concentration of each constituent of concern throughout the zone affected by the release. Once the <br /> extent of the plume is delineated, the discharger is required to submit an engineering feasibility study for <br /> corrective action (EFS/CA). The corrective action program (CAP) is described in Title 27 CCR §20430. <br /> In this regard, we request the Discharger submit an evaluation monitoring plan (EMP) <br /> by S August 2005.
