CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> RANCHETTES UNLIMITED, INC. <br /> LA-92-15 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> I <br /> I. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal <br /> descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted <br /> to the Surveyor' s Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The descriptions shall be <br /> stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> i <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, <br /> a Record of Survey is required. (New legal description <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor ' s Office for review) <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66412) . <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> i <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a I <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> at the time of development for parcels with homes under <br /> construction. <br /> b. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> at the time of development for the 80-acre parcel. <br />
