An Irrevocable Offer of Dedication to result_ in a <br /> forty -five foot ( 45 ' form the centerline of Victory <br /> Road to the property line ) wide right-of--way shall be <br /> required across the frontage of APN 229-210--10 . <br /> Ordinance Requirements : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project . Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply . Ordinance Requirements are not appealable . <br /> a . A Parcel Map is Required . <br /> b . A Record of Survey for Lot Line Adjustment Application <br /> LA-90-31 shall be recorded prior to filing the Parcel <br /> Map . <br /> C . An Irrevocable Offer of Dedication shall be required <br /> across the northerly twenty-five feet of Parcels 1 , 2, <br /> 3 , and 4 , and a non-exclusive access easement shall be <br /> provided across the northerly twenty-five feet of <br /> Parcels 1 , 2 , and 3 with a turn-around on Parcel 4 . <br /> 2 .
