COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-94-13 <br /> 3 . The frontage improvement for Vine Street shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot <br /> right-of-way Local residential street. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to issuance of a building permit. (A <br /> $260. 00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Development Title Table 9-240. 2 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed, recording fee and an estimate for the required <br /> frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a <br /> form to be supplied by the Public Works Department and <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department for approval. As an <br /> option the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing <br /> and estimate for an additional fee of $115. 00. ) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 4 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for any <br /> additional dwelling unit. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $1, 999 . 00 per multi family dwelling unit in the Stockton area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for any additional dwelling unit. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee <br /> currently is $379. 31 per multi family dwelling unit. The fee <br /> shall be automatically increased on January 1 0£ each year at <br /> the rate of 6. 9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 percent shall be <br /> added to the fee upon payment for processing and administering <br /> the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 6 . The expansion shall not result in more than three (3) dwelling <br /> units. (0.85 Right Of Service Unit is required for each <br /> dwelling unit for the sanitary sewer service.
