Therefore, Applicant shall obtain a will-serve letter from the California Water Service Company <br /> for water service. <br /> STORM DRAINAGE <br /> We have reviewed the submitted drainage report supporting your request for the above mentioned <br /> Subdivision to connect two (2) single-family residential dwellings to the existing storm drain system. The <br /> system will serve the proposed Subdivision with storm drainage, subject to the following requirements: <br /> 1. Per County Development Title 9-1135, Applicant shall submit engineering calculations and onsite <br /> drainage plan with collection paths for review. All driveways shall be at least three feet from any <br /> storm drain Inlets. <br /> 2. The cost for any placement of new facilities shall be borne by the Applicant. An improvement plan <br /> shall be submitted for review and approval. <br /> 3. An Encroachment Permit is to be obtained from this Department prior to any work commencing In the <br /> County's right-of-way. <br /> SEWER SERVICE <br /> We have reviewed your request for the above mentioned Subdivision to connect two (2)single-family <br /> residential dwellings to the East Stockton Sanitary Sewer Project. The sewer service system will serve the <br /> proposed Subdivision with sewer service subject to the following requirements: <br /> 1. The cost for any extension, connection, or placement of new facilities shall be borne by the Applicant. <br /> An improvement plan shall be submitted for review and approval. <br /> 2. If any interruption to the existing sewer service system is necessary, the City of Stockton shall be <br /> contacted to perform the task. <br />
