Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br /> 2329 East Vine Street, Stockton, CA- Page B5 GPI Environmental Management <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> Client recognizes that environmental, geologic, and geotechnical conditions can vary from those <br /> encountered at the times and locations where data are obtained by GPI. In addition, there are limitations <br /> on available data results in some level of uncertainty with respect to the interpretation of these conditions, <br /> despite the use of due professional care. <br /> Client also recognizes that the state of practice, particularly with respect to hazardous materials <br /> conditions, is changing and evolving. GPI has performed its services in reasonable accordance with the <br /> standards of care and skill exercised by professionals performing comparable services under comparable <br /> circumstances at the time GPI's professional services are performed. Client recognizes that those <br /> standards may subsequently change because of modifications in the state of practice and acknowledges <br /> that GPI shall not be required to foresee or perform in accordance with such new standards. <br /> This investigation, while it cannot eliminate all risks, is intended to minimize risks consistent with the <br /> nature of the study that the Client authorized, and current accepted techniques and procedures. It <br /> assumes that the client has fully disclosed to GPI all pertinent information regarding the subject property <br /> known to or available to the Client with reasonable investigation and inquiry by the Client. <br /> The conclusions presented in the Report are based solely on the services described there in and not on <br /> scientific tasks, procedures beyond the scope of agreed upon services, or the time and budgeting <br /> restraints imposed by the Client. <br /> No subsurface exploratory drilling or sampling was done under the scope of this work. No chemical <br /> analyses have been performed during the course of this site assessment. However, it should be noted that <br /> additional chemical constituents not searched for during the current study might be present in soil and/or <br /> ground water at the site. The initial site investigation took into account the natural and man-made features <br /> of the site, including any unusual or suspect phenomenon. <br /> Some of the information provided in this report is based upon personal interviews and research of <br /> available documents, records, and maps held by the appropriate government and private agencies. This <br /> is subject to the limitations of historical documentation, availability, and accuracy of pertinent records, and <br /> the personal recollection of those persons contacted. <br /> The content and conclusions provided by GPI Environmental Management(GPI) in this report are based <br /> solely on the information collected during our investigation and activities at the subject property, our <br /> present understanding of the subject property conditions, and our professional judgment in light of such <br /> information at the time of preparation of this report. The findings in this investigation are based on data <br /> provided by others. This report is an opinion work, and no warranty, expressed or implied, is made. <br />
