Phase I Environmental Site Assessment 2329 East Vine Street, Stockton, CA- Page 6 GPI Environmental Management Four sites were identified within one-half mile radius of the subject property on the Emergency Response Notification System (ERNS)database list. One of the four sites was identified within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. The location of the nearest identified sites to the subject property are shown and listed in Appendix A and in Plates 5 and 6. EDR includes the following FINDS databases: PCS (Permit Compliance System), AIRS (Aerometric Information Retrieval System), DOCKET (Enforcement Docket used to manage and track information on civil judicial enforcement cases for all environmental statutes), (FURS) Federal Underground Injection Control, C-DOCKET (Criminal Docket System used to track criminal enforcement actions for all environmental statutes), FFIS (Federal Facilities Information System),and PADS(PCB Activity Data System). Twenty-one facilities were identified within a one-half mile radius of the subject property on the EPA Facility Index Systems (FINDS) database list. Three of the sites were identified within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property.
