The source is the California Environmental <br /> Protection Agency/Office of Emergency Information. <br /> Nine sites were identified on the Hazardous Waste and Substance Site (Cortese) List within a one-half mile <br /> radius of the subject property. Two of the nine sites are located within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject ` �6\ <br /> property. The locations of the nearest sites to the subject properties are shown and listed in Appendix A and in (1 J <br /> Plates 5 and 6. The data come from the State Water Resources Control Board Leaking Underground <br /> Storage Tank Information System. <br /> ` Nine current and/or formerly Leaking Underground Storage Tank site was identified within a one-half mile radius <br /> of the subject property on the Leaking Underground Storage Tank Incident Report database list. Two of the nine <br /> sites are located within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. Based on regulatory information, <br /> previous subsurface soil/groundwater contamination at these sites was restricted to the property boundary. <br /> Based on available regulatory agency information, it does not appear that the remaining two leaking <br /> underground storage tank sites pose an environmental threat and/or liability to the subject property based on / <br /> distance and/or contamination being restricted to near-surface soils and/or groundwater adjacent to the former t <br /> ` underground storage tanks. <br />
