Vista Avenue, Stockton <br /> Attention: 3ason Jones <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past <br /> or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous <br /> materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as <br /> fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. The report shall be submitted to <br /> the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a tentative map(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> A review fee of$196.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The Environmental Health Department received a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report(Service Request#SR0049847)on February 22, 2007 that has been approved. <br /> B. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map recordation. <br /> A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded for <br /> or are in place, prior to final approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1120.2). <br /> C. Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or be <br /> in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1100.3(d)). <br />
