This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details <br /> (including gates), on-site parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading (refer to the"SITE PLAN CHECK LIST for details). APPROVED USE: This approval is for a 70-foot-high wireless services tower and <br /> equipment pads (use type: Communication Services - Type II), as shown on the Plan <br /> submitted May 7, 1997. <br /> 2.
