Solari APN: 159-090-41 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Wagner Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Planning Title Section 9-9112) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $2 , 813 . 00 per single family dwelling unit in the Stockton <br /> area.
