Solari APN: 159-090-41 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Wagner Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Planning Title Section 9-9112) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $2 , 813 . 00 per single family dwelling unit in the Stockton <br /> area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304, R-91-1025) <br /> 3 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee <br /> currently is $1, 069. 00 per single family dwelling unit. If <br /> there is no building permit required, the fee will be exempt. <br /> The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year 'at the rate of- 6. 9 percent An additional 3 . 5 percent <br /> shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing and <br /> administering the program.
