COND!T!ONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1500050 <br /> PERRY, ET AL. &TURNBULL/QUARTAROLI&ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application No. PA-1500050 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on April 17, 2015, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on October 16, 2016, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated March 19, 2015. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: Parcel 1 shall be a minimum of ten (10) acres in size. Parcel 2 shall be a minimum of <br /> forty(40) acres in size. (Development Title Section 9-872.2[e]) <br /> d. LOT WIDTH: Parcels 1 and 2 shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet measured at the front yard <br /> setback line.
