CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1900004 (LA) <br /> VILLANUEVA MADIZ 1 MORRIS ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1900004 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on April 26, 2019, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on October 25, 2020, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: Parcel 2 shall be a minimum of ten (10)acres in size(Government Code Section 51250). <br /> d.
