Walker Lane, Stockton The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. �!G The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated March 15, 2007 was deemed incomplete. Prior to Final Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. B. Written Confirmation is required from the City of Stockton Public Works Department that improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public sewer required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation from the City of Stockton Public Works Department that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the development is also required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). C. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map recordation. A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded for or are in place, prior to final approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1120.2). D. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). / Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be removed and transported to an G!`T� approved disposal facility in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. F. Per Environmental Health Department condition of approval for PA-0600184 (see attached) Lots 1-15, 50, 51, 52 and 53 shall not apply for a Building Permit until such time the well and septic system that are currently serving Lot "B" are abandoned and destroyed in accordance within the requirements of the Environmental Health Department.
